Alice Valentine

One of London’s most trusted and respected global head-hunters across the luxury space.
With almost two decades experience in the industry, Alice is the Head of Redgrave’s Global Fashion, Luxury and Beauty practice. She focusses on high-level Board and global leadership appointments across these sectors. Through her natural aptitude for understanding people and brands, combined with a strong commercial acumen, she delivers a highly strategic approach to her clients. Alice works across group, founder-led, public companies, private equity firms and their portfolio companies.

Having started her career in publishing at Conde Nast, she gained an extensive knowledge of the media industry, building her expertise and relationships within luxury goods and travel. Her experience here offered a natural move into executive search where she went on to hold a number of in-house search roles, including at Farfetch.

Alice attended Newcastle University where she earned her Bsc Honours Marketing. When not working, she can be found cooking, boxing, hiking, or catching the latest film at the cinema.

Alice is also on the advisory board of Brilliant Breakfast. Part of the Prince’s Trust, this charity raises funds to change the lives of disadvantaged young women.
“I’ve been lucky enough to have been mentored by incredible leaders. The type of work I do now enables me to proactively invest in the growth of others, whether as a mentor, or as a search consultant helping someone find their next role.”
