Based in London, Bas is a member Redgrave’s Real Assets practice. Working across a broad range of senior appointments, he is responsible for identifying talented leaders within the industry. Project managing search mandates in this space, Bas carries out market mapping of target companies and sectors, handling multiple streams of data for use in corporate reports.

Prior to joining Redgrave, he graduated from Loughborough University with a BSc in Transport and Business Management. During this time, he completed a placement year as a Data Analysis and Marketing Intern for a gaming company in Amsterdam. He is a keen sportsman, with Rugby, Football and Skiing being his main interests.
