Based in London, Lotte is a member of our Technology practice, working across a broad range of global executive appointments. Responsible for leading senior level searches and project managing a variety of search mandates, Lotte supports searches in privately owned, public companies, and private equity backed business, primarily focused on the Consumer and Industrials markets.

Prior to joining Redgrave, Lotte worked at an executive search firm specialising in placing senior technology and product leaders into investor-backed businesses. She also worked for an energy start-up working closely with senior leaders across the business.

Lotte received her Masters in Industrial/Organisational and Business Psychology from UCL and a BSc in Psychology and Studio Arts from Syracuse University in New York.

Outside of work, Lotte keeps up her creative side with knitting, painting, cooking and baking. She also has a deep appreciation for art, regularly visiting the numerous museums across London.
