As the head of Redgrave’s Financial Officers practice, Matthew leads finance assignments across industries. With a focus on CFO roles and their direct reports, he works with a variety of businesses, from family-owned conglomerates to buyout assets and global PLCs. This breadth of knowledge for different industries, cultures, and capital structures makes Matthew highly adaptable. He brings this collective knowledge to every assignment, which supports his deep functional understanding of the finance discipline. Previously working for a tier-one global search firm, he joined Redgrave because of its agile service model, CFO search heritage, industry network, and market-leading brand. Matthew has a degree in Geography from the University of Manchester. He grew up in Bristol, where he developed a passion for rugby and boxing. He is a mentor for the charity, Social Mobility Network, which supports academically outstanding pupils from less advantaged backgrounds to pursue ambitious careers.
