What do you most enjoy about working at Redgrave?

What I enjoy most about working at Redgrave is the freedom this business gives me to be myself. This culture has allowed me to grow, including the opportunity to lead our US office—a role I take great pride in. The quality of my colleagues inspires me daily, creating an environment of continuous learning and keeping things fresh and engaging.

What is your proudest moment at Redgrave?

The first FTSE100 CFO that I ever placed went on to become FTSE 100 CFO of the year. When he was invited to the awards ceremony, he was allowed to bring two guests, and he invited me to join him. Being up on that stage with what turned out to be one of the nicest people I’ve ever worked with and seeing him thrive like that was the proudest moment ever.

What was your first job?

I had a few little jobs flipping burgers and what have you at weekends, but my first real job was performing in the West End cast of “Grease.” An amazing experience—the excitement as the curtain went up the first time, etc. Absolutely one of the most exciting things I’ve ever done.
