James Paviour

James Paviour | Senior Partner, Real Assets – Redgrave
With two decades of experience in the real estate and construction industry, James understands the need to attract high performers into this environment where customer experience equals purpose.
James is the head of Redgrave’s Real Assets practice, specialising in real estate and construction. He is an executive search professional, working with players across the industry, from property developers to housebuilders to housing associations and construction companies.

Bringing years of industry experience and expertise, James provides strategic advisory on recruitment strategy and talent management, concentrating on Board and executive committee levels.

Acknowledging the lack of diversity in the sector, James makes it a priority to challenge this, proactively seeking out diverse thinking and backgrounds to enrich talent pools and create more effective teams.

Before joining Redgrave, James worked for a leading international executive recruitment firm for six years before joining global recruitment company dedicated to leadership appointments in real estate, facilities and development.

With a passion to create impact through CSR, James is a founding member of Redgrave’s charity committee, having set up our partnership with the House of St Barnabas with a goal of putting homeless people back in work.

James attended De Montfort University where he received his degree in Human geography. As a father of three, James loves spending time with his family. While this keeps him busy, he still makes time for his love of sports, chairing a non-league football team and playing golf in his spare time.
“I love being in a business that is genuinely human. What we do impacts people’s lives, which makes it even more critical to deliver a first-class result, again and again.”
