Paul advises leading companies on their most pressing people challenges. He specialises in identifying and recruiting high performing leaders within the industrial and infrastructure industries.
Paul Burnell is Chief Growth Officer of Redgrave, serving on the firm’s Board. Based in central London, he has held a number of leadership positions across the firm, including leading our Industrial, Business Services, Real Estate, Financial Services and Infrastructure practices.

He worked closely with publicly listed and private equity firms to recruit strategic executives who are helping to shape the future of these businesses.

Paul started his business career in the industrial and business services sectors, before moving into the world of search. Prior to this, Paul played professional rugby for Scotland and the British Lions, where he competed for Scotland in three World Cups, and was part of the team who won the Grand Slam in 1990 and the Five Nations in 1999.

Paul holds a BSc (HONs) in Real Estate and Law from De Montford University. He is on the board of London Scottish Rugby Club, one of the oldest rugby clubs in the world.
