Rind Bajwa is a Partner, leading Redgrave’s Digital, Data & Technology practice. He has more than 10 years of experience in executive search, with a focus on helping organisations to identify, attract and appoint the best senior leadership talent across multiple industries.

Rind previously worked as a Director within a global talent advisory firm, where he specialised in Technology, Digital and Data executive search across all Private Sector industries. He has a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing organisations in this rapidly evolving sector, and is passionate about helping his clients to build successful teams that are fit for the future.

Rind is a strong advocate for diversity and inclusion in the workplace. He believes that diverse teams are more innovative and productive, and is committed to helping his clients create inclusive cultures where everyone can thrive.

Outside of work Rind loves to spend his time with his family, going to sporting events with his football obsessed children and is an avid golfer.

He attended the University of the West of England, where he earned his BA in Law.
