Based in New York, Roseann specialised in delivering Board and senior leadership talent across both the private and public sectors, with a particular focus on the Consumer industry.

Before joining Redgrave, Roseann worked at the world’s largest executive recruiting firm, before moving to a specialised executive search firm serving VC and Private Equity clients.

Roseann’s career began at an investment banking firm, where she developed a strong foundation in strategic thinking and negotiation. She holds a Master’s degree in Negotiation and Conflict Management from the University of Baltimore.

Outside of work, Roseann enjoys reading, following American football, and spending time with her husband, two children, and their beloved black lab.
