As head of Redgrave’s global Digital Infrastructure Practice, James has over 25 years’ of search experience advising some of the largest, multi-national leaders to build Board and CxO talent in Europe and North America.

Based in London, James leverages his deep knowledge of the market to deliver key engagements for digital infrastructure, technology and software companies across Private Equity and Publicly listed markets. Throughout his career, he has established a well-earned reputation for his highly customer-centric, collaborative and delivery focused approach, always putting client service and successful outcomes at the forefront of everything he does. Functionally, James has specific expertise across Board, CEO, General Management, CFO and Commercial Leadership.

Prior to joining Redgrave, James led the global TMT Practice at one of the UKs leading executive search firms for almost six years.

James has a BSc (Hons) from Oxford Brookes University. Outside of work, James has a passion for the outdoors including golf, fly fishing and cricket. He is a member of the MCC, known as the world’s most famous cricket club. He is also an active, but rather amateur, gardener. He and his wife, Nadine, have four children, who rightly also occupy James’ time.
