Matthew Finnegan

Matthew works closely with senior executives to deliver leadership change and drive transformation and delivery.

Matthew is a founding member of Redgrave, which was established in 2008. As Co-head of our Financial Officers practice, he has more than 20 years’ experience in leading Board level, CFO and other senior leadership searches across sectors.

He has a proven track record delivering retained searches for a range of clients including FTSE 100 and 250 companies, as well as Private Equity and Venture Capital backed companies.

Matthew started his career on the graduate programme at one of the UK’s leading recruitment consultancies, before spending four years at a listed search firm.

Matthew holds a combined honours degree in Business & Psychology from Aston University. He lives in Guildford with his wife and two children. Outside of work, he enjoys watching cricket, playing golf, and attending the theatre.
