With a focus on the Infrastructure, Transport and Logistics sectors, Oxana has a strong desire to increase gender diversity throughout these traditionally male dominated environments.
Oxana leads Redgrave’s Energy and Infrastructure Services practice, specialising in both executive and non-executive search. With more than 20 years of experience, she is a recognised expert in the Infrastructure, Transport, and Utilities sectors.

Oxana partners closely with publicly listed and private equity-backed firms to recruit strategic executives who are shaping the future of these industries. Her expertise extends to solving complex leadership challenges, including talent mapping and driving ESG-led transformations.

Oxana is deeply committed to increasing gender diversity in traditionally male-dominated environments, helping companies build more inclusive leadership teams and ensuring that inclusivity and purpose are embedded into an organisation’s core.

Oxana previously worked at one of the largest global executive search firms, supporting clients in the industrial space. She has also worked at a number of other local and international search firms.

Having grown up in Ukraine, Oxana speaks fluent Russian and Ukrainian. She holds an MBA from London Business School and attended the Kiev State Taras Shevchenko University where she earned her B.Sc., Applied Mathematics.

Oxana is a committee member for Railway Children Ball and a member of Women in Rail. When she’s not working, Oxana loves dancing and London history and architecture. Our West End headquarters also allows Oxana frequent access to the London theatre scene.
