Victoria is a member of Redgrave’s Consumer practice, bringing almost two decades of experience in senior leadership searches. With expertise in stakeholder management, talent acquisition, and diversity and inclusion, she is responsible for identifying talented leaders and managing senior level appointments across Leisure, Travel and Hospitality sectors.

Prior to joining Redgrave, Victoria was Research Director at a leading technology-focused executive search firm, where she managed the research function, leading searches for leadership positions across Europe, North America, and the Asia-Pacific region. She has additionally held roles within search consultancies and in-house positions, where she delivered quality talent for clients and exceptional experiences for candidates.

Victoria attended the University of Central Lancashire, where she earned a BA (Hons) in Tourism and Economics. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family. Victoria stays fit and active through long walks in the countryside with her two labs. Interests are travel and explorative cooking.
