Imogen Seear is Head of Redgrave’s Hospitality, Travel & Leisure practice and is a senior member of our Consumer team. With nearly a decade of sector-specific experience, she specialises in executive stakeholder management and talent acquisition, consistently delivering exceptional results in identifying high-calibre leaders and overseeing Board-level and global leadership appointments.

Imogen leads retained executive searches for publicly listed and private equity-backed clients across the UK, EMEA, North America and APAC. Skilled at identifying and attracting international talent, her client base spans tour operators, cruise lines, hotel groups, airlines, travel tech, multi-format F&B (QSR, fast casual, premium, fine dining), experiential leisure, wellness & fitness, and holiday parks.

Imogen’s passion for the sector is deeply rooted in her own journey. Having started her career on the hospitality floor, she brings an authentic understanding of hospitality’s inner workings. This hands-on experience is matched by a global perspective, shaped by time spent living and working in Australia and extensive travel across continents. Known for her analytical approach and creative thinking, qualities honed as a classically trained pianist and flautist, Imogen delivers modern leadership solutions that resonate with today’s dynamic and fast-evolving consumer landscape. Her commitment to equity, diversity and inclusion is evident in her work, where she has helped clients build leadership teams that reflect the communities they serve.

Before her return to Redgrave, Imogen was a Principal at a global strategy and transformation specialist, permanent search and independent consulting firm, leading their EMEA Consumer business.

Beyond her professional achievements, Imogen is a former Principal Flautist and a music graduate from the University of Birmingham. Her passion for live music often finds her enjoying performances at various venues, including world-renowned Ronnie Scott’s. An adrenaline seeker with a need for speed, Imogen likes to follow in Susie Wolff’s footsteps and can often be found out on the go-kart track. Imogen’s love for travel takes her to all corners of the globe, especially places where she can indulge in her love for sailing.
