Malcolm Devine is a Partner in Redgrave’s Consumer practice, advising organisations across the broad spectrum of consumer goods, including Food & Drink, packaged goods, beauty, apparel and more, on Board and senior leadership appointments.
With more than 20 years of executive search expertise, spanning the UK, North America, Europe, Asia and Africa, he delivers across the broad spectrum of ownership models, with significant experience within the Private Equity and family-ownership businesses, aligning leadership capability with strategic objectives for sustainable growth.
Prior to joining Redgrave, Malcolm led the global Consumer Practice of a pan-European recruitment business. In his early career, he established and built the UK Consumer operations practice, specialising in supply chain and manufacturing appointments, of a leading pan-European recruitment business.
Malcolm holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering. Outside of work, he enjoys his family, travel, cooking and ticking off the days until Newcastle United win something.
