As the Head of our Energy & Natural Resources practice, Raj brings more than 20 years of expertise in executive search and human capital consulting. He partners with organisations in oil & gas, clean energy, mining & metals, energy transition, circularity, maritime, engineering, and broader industrial technology, helping them navigate leadership challenges in an increasingly complex global landscape.

His deep industry knowledge allows him to deliver tailored talent solutions that align leadership capabilities with business objectives. Raj works closely with clients across EMEA and the U.S., providing strategic talent solutions that support their leadership and business transformation goals.

Raj’s career journey began as a marine engineer, providing him with a practical understanding of the industries he now serves. His experience includes working at executive search firms, blue-chip global corporations, start-ups, and founding his own consultancy. He enjoys supporting clients who are experiencing change and business transformation, and value deep expertise and insightful advisory support.

Raj holds an MBA from the École des Ponts business school, as well as degree in Mechanical engineering. Outside of work Raj is a family man, an avid traveller and enjoys watching all sports, especially cricket.
