Kyra is Redgrave’s Chief of Staff, a pivotal role where she leads the research function, drives operational efficiency, and champions process improvement. With a focus on leveraging technology and automation, she plays a key role in helping the business scale effectively.

Prior to Redgrave, Kyra built and led the advisory and consultancy arm of a global recruitment business. That experience now informs her work in strengthening our leadership advisory offering, particularly in delivering high-impact leadership assessments and talent insights that support smarter, more strategic decision-making.

Outside of work, Kyra is deepening her knowledge of AI and its practical applications, both professionally and personally. When she’s not learning something new, you’ll likely find her cheering her son on from one sporting event to the next.
