Anna Bene is part of Redgrave’s North America team, supporting clients across the Consumer sector on senior leadership appointments.

Based in New York, she works with organisations to help identify leaders who can deliver both commercial performance and long-term value.

Anna brings experience delivering executive and senior-level searches across consumer goods, pharmaceuticals and packaging.

Prior to joining Redgrave, Anna specialised in sustainability and regulatory leadership recruitment. This experience gives her a deep understanding of the expectations placed on leadership teams, particularly as businesses respond to increasing scrutiny around sustainability, compliance and operational standards.

Anna holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Science and Political Science from Chapman University. Outside of work, Anna is an avid chef.
