Anastasia Belinskaya

Anastasia’s deep understanding of the complexities across the industrials, medtech and private equity markets is what gives her the unique ability to recognise leadership potential.

Anastasia leads our Industrial & MedTech practice. She has extensive international experience in advising clients across a range of industrial segments, from heavy processing to complex industrial solutions manufacturing and technical service provision.

Working with listed, private and private equity backed businesses, she leads assignments for Board and senior executive leadership positions across the UK, Europe and North America.

Prior to joining Redgrave, Anastasia had worked for more than 15 years in Executive Search, placing C-suite leaders and Board members into private equity backed global businesses. Anastasia started her career in investment banking and was the COO of the European Industrial team in the Corporate Finance division of UBS.

Anastasia holds Masters in Physics from St Petersburg University and is a UK-qualified Chartered Accountant, having worked for Coopers & Lybrand in Audit and Corporate Finance at the start of her career. Having grown up in a non-Anglo-Saxon culture and having worked globally out of the UK for 30+ years, Anastasia understands the challenges facing complex multinational organisations.
