Adrian Bassett

Adrian excels in assessing individual and team leadership behaviours and capabilities to support selection decisions, talent initiatives, and management due diligence.
Working in professional services and business consulting for more than two decades, Adrian specialises in executive assessment and Development, leading Redgrave’s Executive Assessment practice.

He combines insights from his academic background in business psychology with his commercial consulting experience to support clients in selecting key leaders, maximise the performance of employees, and enhance team working.

Prior to Redgrave, he was Head of Executive Assessment at the UK office of a leading global executive search and organisational leadership firm, specialised in Organisation Design, within the Human Capital Practice of one of the Big Four accounting firms, and was Head of Assessment Design at a recruitment and engagement consulting firm.

Adrian is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist and Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society. He achieved his MSc Occupational Psychology from the University of Nottingham and a BSc Psychology from the University of Birmingham.

Outside of work he spends most of his time taxiing his young family to various sports clubs, and he coaches the junior team at his local village football club.
