One of the most experienced executive search professionals in the UK, Brian has extensive experience recruiting for public companies, private equity funds and their portfolio companies. As Chairman of Redgrave, he serves on the firm’s Board and leadership team.

Brian is based in London, working with global and local organisations to build highly effective leadership teams. His years of experience span the consumer sector, TMT, industrials and business services sectors.

A serial entrepreneur in the recruitment sector, he was CEO at three highly regarded businesses. In 1989, he founded Walker Hamill, selling the business in early 1998, before leading Imprint plc from 2001 until 2007, where he took the business from a start up to 700+ employees with operations across Europe and Asia. Redgrave was conceived in March 2008 with the specific goal to be the number one European independent executive search boutique.

Born in Ireland, Brian studied and received his Bachelor of Business Studies from the University of Limerick.
