Chris is the Head of Redgrave’s FMCG practice. A Food & Drink specialist based in London, Chris delivers searches for listed, private equity backed and privately owned organisations.

Leading searches for non-executive and executive Board members, as well as for other senior leadership positions, Chris is passionate about identifying and attracting transformative leaders who understand how the convergence of consumers and technology is revolutionising the industry.

Before joining Redgrave, Chris was a Partner within a boutique, finance and accounting specialist search firm.

Chris attended the University of Birmingham where he received his BA Ancient History. Outside of work Chris is a keen sportsman, playing rugby for his local team. He also works closely with several charitable organisations, most notably raising £60,000 by running the Sierra Leone marathon for Street Child Africa and providing pro bono support to Rewilding Europe.
