Dan Rymer

Dan is a Senior Partner at Redgrave, leading our Consumer Practice. Based in London, Dan is now one of the UKs most notable Board level consultants in the sector. He has delivered countless successful searches for non-executive and executive Board members, as well as for other senior leadership positions.

Dan has an extensive track record working across most functions, in particular CEO, CFO, Customer and Operations, HR, IT and Commercial roles.

Dan began his career in recruitment with a large, international firm, appointing finance executives across a variety of sectors. Here he developed his sector specialism across the consumer industry, before joining Redgrave in 2014 to build the firm’s Hospitality, Travel and Leisure function.

He started his working life with a successful career in the arts as an actor, appearing in BBC productions and long runs of several well-known West-End theatre shows. He subsequently built his own popular consumer brand, Fresh Face.
