Ella Halliday is a member of Redgrave’s research team, supporting Consultants across a range of sectors to identify and engage high-calibre leadership talent. Based in London, she specialises in detailed market mapping, candidate identification, and research that underpins successful executive search processes.

Ella brings experience in talent delivery and candidate engagement, having previously worked in recruitment roles focused on highly technical and analytical disciplines. She is known for her organised and thoughtful approach, combining rigorous research with strong relationship-building to support both clients and candidates throughout the Search process.

She holds a First Class Bachelor’s degree in History from the University of Manchester. Outside of work, Ella has a strong interest in art and portraiture and enjoys travelling and exploring new creative pursuits.
