Jon Boyle

Bringing three decades of UK and international executive search and advisory experience across the infrastructure space.
With more than 30 years’ experience in executive search, Jon heads up Redgrave’s transportation and infrastructure sectors. He is a recognised talent leader in aviation and infrastructure, leading searches and leadership assessment assignments for Board and executive leadership positions.

Prior to Redgrave, Jon spent 18 years with a global executive search firm working across the transportation and logistics, infrastructure, automotive, aerospace, defence and aviation sectors. While in the role, he opened their office in the Middle East, leading the regional practice for the next 3 years. He also led their Global Transportation & Logistics Practice for seven years.

Before this he worked for two of the UK’s leading recruitment consultancies, following his time at Arthur Andersen, where he worked with blue-chip clients across the industrial and consumer sectors.

Since 2015, Jon has served on the Lord Chancellor’s Advisory Committee, assessing and interviewing candidates for the magistracy in the South-East.

Jon received an MA in Law from Trinity College, Cambridge University. He is also an ACA qualified accountant.
