Julie is a Partner in Redgrave’s Consumer practice with more than two decades of experience advising global businesses on their most critical leadership appointments, both in executive search firms and in-house.

She partners with senior executives and boards to identify and place leaders globally who can drive transformation and growth. With a background in talent advisory and executive search, Julie who worked and lived in London, New York and Paris has a proven track record of partnering with clients in the retail, consumer goods, luxury, media and tech sectors. Julie is multilingual and brings a truly international perspective to her work.

Before joining Redgrave, she founded and led her own executive search business and held senior roles at international firms, where she managed cross-border assignments and built lasting client relationships in both established and emerging markets.

Beyond her client work, Julie is an Executive and Career Coach (ICF) and an active member of Bloom’s network, where she mentors young women and helps equip the next generation with the skills to thrive. Julie lives in South London with her husband and two children.
