Kieran Dines is a senior member of Redgrave’s Business & Professional Services practice. He is focused on partnering with organisations to identify, attract, and appoint board and C-Suite talent. With a deep understanding of the opportunities and challenges Business Services organisations, Kieran is driven to help clients create sustainable strategies to attract and retain top talent.

Before joining Redgrave, Kieran was Director at a talent solutions consultancy, where he led the Property & Real Estate and Manufacturing practices, offering executive search, interim management and recruitment solutions. Prior to this, he spent over six years in a FTSE-listed recruitment business, focussed on the Facilities Management sector.

Kieran attended the University of Brighton. When he’s not working, he enjoys being at the beck and call of his cocker-spaniel, as well as spending quality time with his fiancé, friends and family. He’s an avid reader, a keen sportsman and is passionate about mental wellbeing.
