Klara is a Board Certified Executive Coach (BCC) with a track record of helping senior leaders navigate transitions and excel in their roles. She serves as the designated Executive Coach for the University of California, Irvine’s Executive MBA Program, where she has provided over 1,000+ hours of coaching to executives advancing into top leadership roles.

Klara brings deep industry expertise from her tenure as Global Head of Marketing & Communications at Yum Brands, where she led global brand strategy and communications across multiple markets around the world. In this role, she worked extensively with franchisees and executives in launching the Taco Bell brand in dozens of countries. Post Yum, she established herself as a sought-after consultant and coach, working with Fortune 1000 organisations, specialising in strategic communication, leadership and executive development.

Klara holds an MBA from the Thunderbird School of Global Management and is based in Orange County in California.
