With over 15 years’ experience providing talent solutions to listed, privately-owned and PE-backed companies across the globe, Martin heads up the Executive Interim practice at Redgrave.

He is passionate about helping business leaders think creatively when addressing their key people challenges. Martin is routinely engaged by both ExCo members tasked with leading major business change and transformation initiatives and Board-level sponsors seeking to address gaps in their C-suite.

Alongside his work in industry, he advises private equity firms on human capital needs within their portfolio companies, as well as partnering with management consultancies on associate and senior advisor appointments.

Martin graduated from of the University of Portsmouth where he earned his BSc. Hons, Sport and Exercise Science. Outside of work, he indulges in his passion for sport, music, cooking, travel and film, and is happiest when spending time with his family and friends.
