Matt Leedham

Matt works with clients across business and professional services to identify, assess and hire outstanding leaders for executive management teams and Boards.
As head of Redgrave’s Business and Professional Services practice, Matt brings more than 30 years’ experience in the sector.

Matt holds broad sector and functional experience operating at Board and executive management level. He works with businesses in both private and public ownership creating impact through a thorough, hands-on and fast-paced approach. Leveraging years of extensive expertise within executive search, he has boundless access to a deep network of senior leadership talent.

Before joining Redgrave in 2019, he spent 17 years with a large, international executive search group and a further 11 years as Managing Partner of the global executive search boutique firm which he co-founded.

Outside of work, he continues to play competitive sport, representing England at Masters hockey at both European and World levels.

Matt achieved BSc (Hons) at Southampton University. After receiving his degree, he trained as an ACA with PwC before working in corporate finance.
