Monica Doherty

Leveraging more than 20 years’ experience across both UK executive search firms and global contingency recruitment groups to help leaders identify and attract exceptional executive talent.
Monica is a senior member of Redgrave’s Real Assets practice. She joined in 2021 to lead Executive Board and senior leadership assignments within private and public sector residential developers.

Prior to Redgrave, Monica worked in the Real Estate practice of a large south west based construction and infrastructure executive search firm and also spent four years with a small boutique headhunter, establishing their real estate offering.

Monica began her recruitment career with a global contingency recruitment group, rising to Branch Manager before becoming a regional Trainer, devising and delivering training courses. She then moved to the world’s second largest recruitment group as a Senior Manager, leading one of their largest businesses in the UK.

Monica lives in the countryside and has two children and a Weimaraner dog, who keeps everyone in line. She loves dogs and horses, having grown up with them, and is passionate about travel and property, with plans to retire to southern Spain. Monica enjoys the gym and running, which she finds are great ways to clear her head after a busy day.
“With a network spanning the entire life cycle of the residential housing world, I am a trusted advisor to executive leadership teams, helping them achieve their strategic objectives through the identification, attraction and assessment of key talent.”
