Naomi is a passionate advocate for transforming businesses globally through inclusive and digitally minded People & Culture leadership.
Naomi is a Partner and leader of our People & Culture practice. She has deep expertise in the People & Culture Function, with more than 15 years recruiting the full spectrum of HR, People & Culture, talent and reward roles, globally. Naomi has an exceptional international track record of partnering with a wide variety of clients across all industries to source and deliver top HR talent. She is passionate about placing HR leaders who enable business transformation through innovative, commercial and digital-first people strategies.

Prior to joining Redgrave, Naomi spent six years with a leading executive search and interim management firm where she was a member of the global HR practice. Earlier in her career, she worked at a leading independent boutique HR recruitment consultancy where she focused on leadership appointments in commerce. Additionally, she led the HR search practice at a boutique financial services search firm.

Naomi is deeply committed to championing diversity, equity and inclusion, breaking down barriers, levelling the playing field and advocating for diverse talent. Intrigued by the complexity of people; she loves the opportunity to meet new people and understand what motivates and inspires them. She finds deep fulfilment in making a real difference in people’s lives through guiding them through life-changing decisions.

Naomi is a mother two young daughters, but when she can find the time, she’s a keen cyclist, swimmer, skier, mountaineer and an aspiring yogi. Naomi has lived on two continents, speaks French and German, and with her multi-national family and upbringing, she loves travelling and experiencing new cultures.
