Oxana is Redgrave’s Head of Energy and Infrastructure Services, advising clients in the infrastructure, energy, utilities and transport sectors in UK and internationally for more than two decades. Functionally, her primary focus is within Operations, Engineering, Capital Delivery and Safety, Health, Environment and Quality (SHEQ).

Focusing on heavy-asset, safety-critical environments, Oxana partners with companies to help them address their leadership challenges, including talent mapping and ESG-led transformation.

Oxana previously worked at one of the largest global executive search firms, supporting clients in the industrial space. She has also worked at a number of other local and international search firms.

Having grown up in Ukraine, Oxana speaks fluent Russian and Ukrainian. She holds an MBA from London Business School and attended the Kiev State Taras Shevchenko University where she earned her B.Sc., Applied Mathematics.

Oxana is a committee member for Railway Children Ball and a member of Women in Rail. When she’s not working, Oxana loves dancing and London history and architecture. Our West End headquarters also allows Oxana frequent access to the London theatre scene.
