Advising clients in the transport and logistics, infrastructure and manufacturing sectors in UK and internationally for almost two decades, Oxana is a senior member of Redgrave’s Real Assets practice. Functionally, her primary focus is within Operations, Engineering, Capital Delivery and Safety, Health, Environment and Quality (SHEQ).

Oxana previously worked at one of the largest global executive search firms, supporting clients in the industrial space. She has also worked at a number of other local and international search firms.

Having grown up in Ukraine, Oxana speaks fluent Russian and Ukrainian. She holds an MBA from London Business School and attended the Kiev State Taras Shevchenko University where she earned her B.Sc., Applied Mathematics.

Oxana is a committee member for Railway Children Ball and a member of Women in Rail. When she’s not working, Oxana loves dancing and London history and architecture. Our West End headquarters also allows Oxana frequent access to the London theatre scene.
