Oxana is a Partner and Head of Energy & Infrastructure Services at Redgrave, advising Boards, CEOs and investors on executive and Board appointments across the UK and internationally.

With more than 20 years in executive search, she has worked with listed, privately owned and private equity-backed organisations, with particular experience in complex, asset-intensive and safety-critical environments across energy, utilities, infrastructure and transport.

Her work spans CEO and senior executive succession, Board appointments and broader leadership challenges. She works closely with clients to understand the context behind an appointment – the direction of the business, the challenges ahead and the leadership required to deliver against them.

She has a particular interest in CEO readiness, succession and leadership in complex environments, including the judgement, breadth and stakeholder capability increasingly required of senior leaders. Oxana is committed to broadening leadership pipelines across traditionally underrepresented sectors and regularly brings together CEOs and senior leaders to share perspectives on leadership, succession and diversity.

Having grown up in Ukraine, Oxana speaks fluent Russian and Ukrainian. She holds an MBA from London Business School and attended the Kiev State Taras Shevchenko University where she earned her B.Sc., Applied Mathematics.

Oxana is a committee member for Railway Children Ball and a member of Women in Rail. When she’s not working, Oxana loves dancing and London history and architecture. Our West End headquarters also allows Oxana frequent access to the London theatre scene.
