Paul Williams

Leading Redgrave’s Retail practice, Paul’s ability to spot talented leaders and recognise cultural fit makes him one of the industry’s leading headhunters.
With more than 20 years’ executive search experience Paul leads Redgrave’s Retail practice, partnering with a range of clients, from publicly listed through to family owned, co-operative and private equity backed organisations.

His extensive knowledge spans big box retailers through to convenience and pure play retailers, with appointments across Board and senior leadership appointments. He also specialises in the growing Direct to Consumer (D2C) market.

Having begun his search career in the 1990s, Paul worked for other executive search firms in their Retail and Consumer practices.

Away from work Paul has maintained his passion for travel – in the early 2000s, he had the opportunity to take a six-year break which he spent traveling around the world. He is an experienced skier and mountaineer, who regularly guides groups through the Snowdonia mountains.

Paul studied at Manchester University where he earned his qualification in Economics.
“With the heightened challenges faced by leaders, it is even more important to be surrounded by people who understand your pressures. We are the firm to help find the right people to take your business forward”.
