Rachel Carrick

Rachel is a member of Redgrave’s Retail and Consumer practices, and in our Real Assets team, particularly focused on the real estate market.

Based in London, she finds talented candidates through providing high quality research, market mapping and monitoring market trends. Working with clients across these industries, Rachel has supported the delivery of numerous successful searches for senior leadership positions.

Before joining Redgrave, she worked at an executive search firm specialising in health, social care and specialist education industries. Prior to starting a career in executive search, Rachel studied at The University of Bath where she earned her BA (Hons) in Sport and Social Science.

Rachel played First Class Women’s Cricket for more than 10 years and also spent two years in Australia playing cricket for Melbourne. When Rachel is not playing or watching sport, she is an avid travel enthusiast. On completion of her degree, she spent eight months travelling around the world, which included visiting parts of South-East Asia and Indonesia.
