With more than 15 years of executive search experience, Rind specialises in identifying and appointing leaders across technology, digital, data, AI and cyber security. His work spans listed, privately owned and private equity-backed businesses across multiple sectors, particularly those undergoing significant growth, transformation or change.

Rind works closely with Chairs, CEOs, Operating Partners and senior technology leaders to understand the technology capability an organisation needs to build, as well as the appointment itself. He has delivered searches for CIOs, CTOs, CDOs, Technology Directors and senior functional and transformation leaders, often at points where technology is becoming increasingly important to business performance and value creation.

AI is an increasingly important part of his work. Rind advises organisations on the leadership and capability required to move from experimentation to meaningful enterprise adoption, including senior AI appointments, where AI capability should sit and how to access a rapidly evolving talent market.

As technology capabilities become more transferable across industries, he helps organisations identify where the most relevant experience has been built, whether within their own sector or in businesses further ahead in digital transformation, data, AI, customer experience or technology modernisation.

Prior to joining Redgrave, Rind was a Director at a global talent advisory firm, where he built a specialist global Technology, Digital & Data executive search practice across the private sector.

Rind holds a BA in Law from the University of the West of England. Outside work, he enjoys spending time with his family, attending sporting events with his football-obsessed children and playing golf.
