Sarah is a business psychologist and organisational development specialist, helping organisations make better decisions around people, performance and change.

She brings global experience delivering people-focused business solutions across multiple sectors, both as a consultant and in-house.

Prior to Redgrave, she held a Director-level role within a leading international professional services firm, where she led global people initiatives across more than 20 geographies. Before this, she led talent management across the full employee lifecycle within a global consumer business, and earlier in her career worked as a business psychology consultant advising multinational organisations across sectors including consumer, financial services and telecommunications.

Sarah holds a BSc in Psychology from the University of London and an MSc in Occupational Psychology from the University of Nottingham. She is a Chartered Occupational Psychologist, registered with the British Psychological Society. She has also completed an Executive Management Programme at University of Oxford and was awarded a prize for Global Achievement by the Confederation of British Industry.
