Tanya is part of Redgrave’s research and delivery team, working primarily with clients across the Technology sector while supporting searches across the firm’s wider sector and functional practices.

Based in London, she works closely with Redgrave’s consultants throughout the search process, helping to build a detailed picture of markets, organisations and the people within them.

Before joining Redgrave, Tanya worked within a global business insight and talent consultancy. Her work covered executive search alongside broader market intelligence and talent projects, giving her experience of looking beyond an individual brief to understand the wider market and business context behind a hire.

Earlier in her career, Tanya worked in recruitment within the life sciences sector, supporting organisations across pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, health technology and medical devices. She began her career in Canada and also spent time at Carleton University as a Research and Teaching Assistant, working within organisational behaviour and skill development.

Tanya holds a degree from the Sprott School of Business at Carleton University in Canada.

Outside of work, Tanya enjoys playing sports, following cricket and spending quality time with her friends and family.
