Dorothy is a Personal Assistant within our Real Assets team. She is responsible for facilitating Search assignments for senior leadership positions and supports business development initiatives across the team. Dorothy is a core member of our charity and wellness committees.

Emma is an Executive Assistant to the Industrial and Financial Services team, and Redgrave’s Managing Partner. Her role includes coordinating senior leadership assignments and events. Emma also has a key role in our both our charity and wellness committees.

Harriet is the firms Human Resources Director, specialising in both strategic and operational HR issues. In this role, Harriet is responsible for our global People & Culture initiatives.

James, a Chartered Accountant, is Redgrave’s Chief Operating Officer, with responsibility for the internal operations of the organisation. He joined the business in 2012 and is a member of our leadership team.

As Redgrave’s Marketing Director, Lauren oversees global marketing and communications for the firm. This includes branding, public relations, and internal and external communications.

Lucy is a Personal Assistant and a member of Redgrave’s Consumer team. She is responsible for the efficient organisation of Search assignments, including diary management, preparation of client documents and business development support.

Madhavi is Finance Manager at Redgrave. As a qualified ACCA she is responsible for overseeing end-to-end finance operations, financial planning and analysis, and balance sheet reconciliation.

As Redgrave’s Head of Administration and Support, Shannen is focused on strategic business support and internal operations. Alongside this, she supports senior leadership, supervising our administrative team, and facilitating efficient office processes.
