With a passion for data and people, Sophie excels at client delivery and the qualification of talent leaders.
Based in London, Sophie works across a broad range of senior appointments, responsible for identifying talented leaders across all industries. With a focus on People & Culture roles, she project manages search mandates, carrying out market mapping of target companies and sectors.

Prior to joining Redgrave, Sophie worked for a global brokerage and financial technology company, responsible for their electronic offering across Europe. Before this, she was a Project Manager for a research business providing professional services to Private and Public Equity Investors, Investment Consultants and Investment Managers.

Sophie has a Bachelor of Science from Trinity College Dublin and a Master of Science from University College Dublin. Throughout her education and career, she has had a keen interest in sustainability and welfare and has been an executive member of several societies championing these causes.

In her spare time, Sophie enjoys yoga, theatre, hiking, travelling to new places and making her way through the never-ending list of London‘s amazing bars and restaurants.
