Corporate Social Responsibility

At Redgrave, we believe people are at the heart of everything we do. That goes beyond delivering exceptional client service. We empower employees to rally behind causes they’re passionate about.

Among our initiatives are the annual events like our Easter bake sale, raising funds for St Mungo’s, a UK charity supporting over 3,150 people experiencing homelessness nightly. Our contributions help their frontline workers reach more individuals and provide safe shelter.

We actively support employees’ personal fundraising efforts. This includes Emma and James:

Emma Hull-McCracken who took part in the London Marathon for The House of St Barnabas. Additionally, a team of 13 Redgrave employees participated in a fundraising Barre class for the same cause turning their sweat and perseverance into a fundraising opportunity.

James Paviour, for the second year, cycled 100 miles in Ride London for Dementia UK, contributing significantly to the charity’s vital work, helping those affected by dementia.

Additionally, we have implemented a health and wellbeing awareness programme that supports our employees in the workplace. This includes access to counselling and stress management services.
