Redgrave, a leading executive search, interim and leadership advisory firm supporting business owners, investors and leaders, is pleased to announce the appointment of Ben Hewitt as a Principal, joining the firm’s Private Equity and Financial Officers practices.
Ben brings extensive experience advising private equity investors on Board and senior leadership appointments across their portfolio businesses. He has a particular focus on CFO and senior finance appointments, alongside CEOs, COOs and other C-suite roles, helping investors find leaders with the financial, commercial and operational experience to deliver ambitious value creation plans.
Working across the UK and Europe, Ben has partnered extensively with private equity investors and management teams across a broad range of sectors. His experience in CFO search includes identifying finance leaders who can act as strategic partners to CEOs and investors, strengthen businesses through periods of growth and change, and help prepare organisations for the next stage of their development.
Before joining Redgrave, Ben held senior leadership roles within an international executive search business, where he worked closely with private equity clients on C-suite and Board-level appointments. Earlier in his career, he founded a CFO and senior finance search business, giving him first-hand experience of building a business and a strong understanding of the demands placed on leadership teams during periods of growth and change.
