As co-head of Redgrave’s Financial Services practice, Conrad advises retail and SME banks, general insurers, life, pensions and retirement firms, and asset and wealth managers.

With a career spanning more than 20 years of executive search experience in financial services, Conrad is passionate about partnering with clients to identify talented individuals for Board and executive committee appointments.

Having started his search career in 1991, Conrad worked for a leading global search firm and a UK-focused search boutique, before joining Redgrave in 2017.

A trusted advisor, Conrad strives to add value beyond attracting world-class candidates who will make a positive, long-term difference to his clients’ businesses.

Conrad achieved a BA (Hons) in Accounting from the University of Kent at Canterbury.
